The search process starts by having a discussion with your Aron/West International consultant. We want to fully understand the complete list of requirements and responsibilities — all the “must haves” and “nice to haves” that you need. We can help formulate a job description that expresses what you would like candidates to know about your opportunity and company. Then, we develop an individualized search plan, since each position is unique, and we will find you the best qualified candidates by:

- Researching and reading journal articles and other publications
- Staying current with industry & academic news and announcements
- Working with our business relationships with members of medical and scientific professional societies and associations
Your consultant will oversee every aspect of the search process doing full recruitment and managing the candidate slate. As a service to you and to continue the process running smoothly, we can help co-ordinate the phone and face-to-face interviews and provide you with candidate feedback.
