Our Founder
Bonnie Newman Sacarny has 25+ years of experience in executive search. She founded Aron/West International, a retained executive search firm, in 2000. Previously, she served as Head of Research Recruitment for a NY executive search firm where she placed PhD scientists and later MDs in clinical research. Her placements have been in large pharma & biotech, including Pfizer, Glaxo, Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis, Genentech, AstraZeneca, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson companies, Abbott, and others. Over many years, she has specialized in working closely with C-Suite professionals to help build their start-up companies. She enjoys this niche area helping to grow these organizations from the ground up by finding talented, high-level executives. Her network includes professionals from every therapeutic area in pharma, biotech, venture capital, government institutions, and academia in the US, Canada and abroad. Her business experience also includes working at the Xerox Corporation in major accounts and sales. This work draws on her recruiting and business experience as well as her studies in the sciences. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University.
